Due to the recent atmospheric events that our island has suffered: power, water and internet outages may occur unexpectedly from time to time. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our hands, and we’re not held responsible for the inconveniences this may cause during your stay. This property does NOT have power generator or cistern, the building has a generator that will keep elevators running and water services if it's deemed safe by their protocol.
