This 3-bedroom apartment is a unique first floor and basement apartment combination, in a Mechanicsburg Victorian home. Separate one bedroom suite in basement with private entrance, kitchenette and one bedroom with queen bed and master bath. First floor features a modern kitchen with large kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and center island with bar seating for 2. The master bedroom is oversized with lots of closet space and a queen-sized bed. Bedroom 2 is a walk through bedroom and is used to access the main bedroom, so it is NOT a private bedroom. It is between the master bedroom and kitchen. It has a queen-sized bed along with a futon that folds down into a twin-sized bed. Off the kitchen is a living room with a table that seats four, a full-sized couch, and chair, a 50 inch ROKU smart TV with WiFi service from FIOS. The bathroom is off of the living room and has a large walk-in shower. Outside enjoy your covered wrap around porch with patio furniture and a porch swing. Private, off- street parking spaces are along the side and back of the yard, enough for 3 cars. Summary: We enjoyed the location and sitting on the front porch. The apartment is spacious and somewhat private. The upstairs and downstairs are both rented to other people. The Decor is nice and updated like you can see in the photos. We enjoyed having a nice kitchen and being able to do our own cooking.
