Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Filled with natural light and cozy spots to chill. The large airy living room is wonderful for socializing and unwinding. Beautiful clean open plan kitchen fully equipped for cooking. The bedrooms are warm with queen size beds in each room..
There is a lovely back deck to have your morning coffee complete with 2 palm plants. There is also a patio to sit and read your book.
The house is bright and airy. It’s has many seating options to curl up and relax or socialize. There’s a cafe table on the deck for your morning coffee.
This is a really vibrant, fun and safe neighborhood. The house is a half block off Solano ave which is a bustling area with restaurants, coffee shops, great retail and so much more! We are less than a mile from a Trader Joe’s and a Whole Foods. There’s a beautiful market called Monterey Market where all the Chefs shop also a mile from the house.
There are many great restaurants on Solano ave. Cafe Raj is great Indian food. 5 Tacos and a Beer is very popular. I love Kim’s for Vietnamese food. Basically there is every type of food you can think of from pizza (Little Star and Zachary’s) to high end dining (Juanita and Maude) on the street.

There are multiple bike paths just blocks from the house. Also it’s a 10 minute walk to the Albany Bulb where there’s a little beach and stunning views of SF and Marin.
Tilden Park is 3.1 miles away and features multiple hiking and biking trails and a sweet little farm for children.
Albany High has indoor and outdoor swimming facilities that are open to the public. There’s also Memorial Park right next to the pools. It’s a great spot to have a picnic and let the kids play.
My favorite Farmers Market is on Sunday at the Kensington Circle it’s 1.2 miles away and a nice walk from the house.
There’s also a movie theater located on San Pablo ave in El Cerrito called the Cerrito.
You can walk and bike to most everything. If you choose to drive there is free parking on most of Solano Ave
The host lives in a private separately fenced off unit on the property. I am available if needed but you will have complete privacy. There is also a small well behaved dog on the premises with separate yard access.
