Positive: Since I have booked using booking.com I was having impression that it is going to be good property to stay and enjoy. But let me tell frankly that these kind of property holders are cheating people and booking.com.
Negative: For the first time I had experienced that on the booking.com, they advertise that no advance payment, no credit card which looks lucrative to customer but they start chasing the customer after a day of booking on WhatsApp to pay advance or otherwise no guaranty of getting the rooms on arrival. After reaching the sight, they themselves say that the property is not worth of paying the advertised amount. Cancel the booking and pay less. In this situation we felt very much trapped. At the same time we could not move to some other location as other properties are already occupied. Somehow we spent one night and the next day we left Ooty. About the property following are my comments; 1. Poor and dangerous access to reach there by car. 2. Poor cleanliness. Bathrooms are not up to the market. 3. Very bad arrangement of breakfast with limited items.
