3 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished rustic cabin situated on 12. 88 acres. Located 3 miles from Bemus Point New York and Chautauqua Lake . Spend time hiking our trails or sit back and relax by the fire pit and enjoy nature at its finest.
We are only 3 miles from downtown Bemus Point to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat while enjoying the beautiful view.
It’s a great family destination and a great time with whatever you choose to do!
Bring your own or rent kayaks/fishing poles/snowmobiles/bikes/boat and have some fun!! Trailers and campers welcome! Hunting and fisherman paradise!!!
2 of the bedrooms have bunk beds and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds as well as a full size bed. Plenty of additional room for air mattresses. All you need is to bring bedding!

Summary: I stayed in the cabin with my two teenage sons. We loved our staying there. It's close to bicycling and hiking places, and to the lake (you need a car, but everything is very close). The cabin is not fancy (well, if you want fancy, go to $3,000 hotel in Paris), but it is clean and it has literally everything you need - from towels and dishes to wood we could use. We especially liked making fire and barbicue in the evening. Be ready for some spartan sleeping arrangements and taking shower (no hot water, but you can heat it on stowe), but that is what is a cabin in woods how we imagine it. Mark was very good host - easy, explained everything, very responsive on messages. Altogether, we loved our staying, and maybe we come back as we still have plenty to explore more in that beautiful part of NY.
