Take a look at this beautiful and updated 3-bedroom, 2 bath home located only three minutes away from Tech Campus. This home boasts tasteful decorations and new furniture throughout to help make your stay more than just the run-of-the-mill Airbnb experience. The bedrooms contain new beds to ensure that you get the best night's sleep while the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need whether it's bringing home takeout or making your own gourmet meal.
Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. In the master there is a king-sized bed while the second bedroom contains a queen. The third bedroom contains two queen beds as well. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's décor as well as sturdy nightstands.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
Right off of the living room is the sunroom/ office space. This area has a fireplace, but it is not for guest use.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Attached is the dining area which has seating for guests and friends to stop by and features a nice view of the spacious back yard.
The bathrooms are clean newly updated and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.
The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. Parking in the front has plenty of space for one or two vehicles under the carport and there is always free parking available on the street.
This is NOT a pet friendly home. Bringing a pet with you will result in a fine of at least $250 plus any damages caused by the pet. No exceptions will be made for this as the owner has terrible allergies.

Mesquite Ridge is located in a safe, well established neighborhood located 1.5 miles west of Texas Tech University and right off Quaker Avenue. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 1.5 miles away), dining, and entertainment. This home is a 3-5 minute drive to TTU campus. Greek circle is just across the street, and a short drive can get you to several fun restaurants like Spanky's. For any food or entertainment suggestions, please reach out!
Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
