Our half-duplex is centrally located, in the Allapattah area, close to the Miami Airport, MIA, with easy access to downtown Miami and neighboring areas. 1.9 miles from Wynwood; known for its colorful murals and nightlife, 5 minutes from Miami Design district, and "Little Havanah".
Allapattah is mostly made up of Central American and Carribbean immigrants. You will find restaurants from Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, El Salvador, Belize, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and many other countries represented in this area.
Like many Miami neighborhoods it's common to see chickens and roosters roaming free, and to hear, and sometimes feel "Latino music" on weekends. Truly this is the "spice" the "sound" and the "Heart" of Miami. We provide ear plugs and each room has its own wall air conditioner however our place is not for "noise sensitive" or any "light sleepers" !
