Many period details in place such as slump brick walls, oak woodwork and iconic light fixtures, but is newly furnished with just what you need for a modern and comfortable stay. Downstairs features a huge open living area, new 55" tv, comfy recliners, brand new sofa (a sleeper if you need it). Large slider leads out to the patio and pool area, there are 2 pools for your use, one is heated for year round use and the other is unheated and ready for the hot summer season. Kitchen with vintage steel cabinets is fully stocked with what you need. Upstairs features 2 large dual primary suites, each with its own full bathroom, seating area and private patio. The views are fantastic. From the north, see Indian Head, the Angel of Coyote Mountain and the Santa Rosa Mountains. From the south suite, look across the desert to see "church row' and the Pinyon Mountains.
The condo is walking distance to Christmas Circle, Borrego art institute, coffee shops, markets, "the mall" with a multitude of shopping options. Not to mention the restaurants!
