PARKING:
This property has a large driveway to provide ample off street parking and can be suitable for trailers or even small u-hauls. Garage use is not permitted.
GETTING AROUND:
With the traffic being mild, Lincoln is a very driver-friendly town.

Typically early check ins and late check outs cannot be accommodated in order to provide a proper cleaning.

1. Pay a non refundable $60 pet fee
2. House trained with no accidents
3. No chewing or destructive habits
4. No getting on furniture or sleeping in beds
5. Clean up waste in yard
6. Kenneled if left alone
7. Agree to pay any damages if they occur
8. If excessive pet hair is found on furniture you will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee
