Positive: WE LOVED MOSTLY EVERYTHING! The house is ample for a large number of guests, has safety measures within the complex, parking is accessible, and easy to get around to any area of NOLA you may need. It was comfortable, had great beds, linens/towels were plenty, and the common area was just right for our group. Communication was easy with property management.
Negative: While it was extremely easy to get the access code information upon check-in, the locks were challenging to navigate. ON A POSITIVE NOTE - we had a local rep that was there immediately to help us get in. ONLY ONE NEGATIVE - Sadly, during one of the evenings that we were getting ready to go out and waiting for an Uber on the steps, a homeless passerby assaulted (smacked across the face very hard) one of the guests. Luckily, we were all ok and safe once we ran inside and no additional medical attention was needed. While, this is not an issue for the property, it is a minor safety issue based on location.
Summary: Excellent property, great accessibility to surrounding areas, would absolutely stay again.
