The private yard features a kidney-shaped pool with tanning shelf, bubbling spa, glass fire pit, outdoor dining for ten, three sleek chaise lounges, gas grill and panoramic mountain views. The two-story solar-powered house boasts a living room with 14' ceiling, gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, formal dining room, wet bar, laundry room with sink, elegant wood staircase and a spacious furnished patio with pool and mountain views. In addition, all three bedrooms have walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms. While completed in 2014, this luxury home has elements of Palm Springs mid-century design including clerestory windows, angular details and a butterfly roofline.
