This main level presents a well-appointed kitchen, a dining table, and access to the deck - which offers a quiet wooded view. You will find a half bathroom on this main level as well and a sofa bed for an additional sleeping option.
On the lower level, you will find sleeping quarters and a full bathroom. The large primary bedroom has access to the outside, and the second bedroom provides more room to relax and unwind. The home has partial air-conditioning with portable AC units.

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College).
