Positive: The owner is very polite and helpful. You can contact him at any time. The thick memory foam pillows were very uncomfortable for us, but we were given the option to exchange them for pillows from another apartment. We also received croissants and jam for breakfast. The metro station is very close by.
Negative: The entire room and bathroom require a thorough cleaning. The towels did not appear to be clean (they were dusty) and were of poor quality. The sound insulation is very poor. If someone in the neighboring apartment is speaking a little louder, or even normal everything can be heard as if they were in the same room. During the first two nights, we were woken up around 7 a.m. by a family who was already awake and talking, and their child was crying (which is completely normal). However, due to the lack of soundproofing, this becomes very disruptive, especially for someone who prefer to sleep a bit longer.
