Summary: The host was great with communication. Spacious and clean home. We were a little worried as the first two reviews were terrible, yes it needs a few more finishing touches and the bathrooms need a bit of updating - in progress. But overall great location easy drive to campus. For the crazy game weekend pricing it needs those few things fixed but overall clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. And for the record there was no smell.
