Welcome to the Shady Magnolia! We can't wait to share our charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home with you! The comfort of a home away from home is felt throughout our thoughtfully equipped home, perfect for families, business professionals, or anyone looking for a reliable place to stay. You can't beat the location either; We are located about 10 minutes southwest of downtown Mobile with easy access to I-90.
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through a keyless door code. Upon entry, guests will be in the updated and cozy living room. Here, you'll find a queen-sleeper sofa, additional seating and a large SmartTV. From there, you will find the dining room with two bench seats so everyone can sit together while enjoying game night! The kitchen is on your left from the dining room and features everything you need to make a full meal! The laundry room is just off the kitchen.
You will find three bedrooms in this house, each with ample closet space for your belongings!. The master bedroom features a queen bed, wall-mounted tv and a cozy chair to snuggle up and read a good book! The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway.
Don't forget to checkout the fully-fenced backyard! There is ample space to run around and play and there is even a patio table, which is perfect for al-fresco dining!
Mobile has so much to do and we would love to provide a soft place to land at the end of a great day! Pet friendly with fee. Free wifi.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
