Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The place was quiet, parking was no problem, guards were approachable.
Negative: Some of the counter tops aren't clean and full of insect droppings/eggs. A half filled gallon of water is laying around visible as if the place was just left by a renter and gave it to me. Beer bottles on the cabinet. Sofa bed cover is dirty and smelly. I had to buy my uncle 2 pairs of blankets one to use and one to use as a cover for the sofa bed. No attendant/care taker present. I'm fine with that but no farewell greeting? It's not at all homey. Also, there should be an inspection before we left but none was present. No check ups on how we were doing. I had to make the calls which they could not be reached. I shouldn't be chasing over caretakers. Lastly, the last looks like a rundown apartment. If you lived in the US or UK it looks like that Value for the money, I think it is expensive for such quality. I've stayed on condos who offers such prices but looks and feels better. Accomodations where superb. Also, blankets where too thin. Sofa bed has no blankets and we had to buy some. The place was not well maintained. Rust and damages. Trash area under the sink even has ants on the cabinet corner.
