Positive: the old lady in charge - everything was performed by her. So she is definitely busy, yet she tried to remain nice all the time and fulfill the services. I can't see her male relatives helping. the dinner - very delicious! prepared by the old lady value - great

Negative: heater - very very old room - very old building - very old hot tube water - not stably providing
