This large 3 bedroom in a large home features a cool spiral staircase and a Juliet balcony in the kitchen. This unit has been fully renovated and also offers two work spaces in the third bedroom.
The Space:
The space offers in unit laundry and all of your kitchen and bath amenities. As you enter through the side door you'll notice a light and welcoming design to make anyone feel at home. You'll walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor and notice the space opens up to feature a beautiful spiral staircase that will take you up to your 3rd bedroom and two workspaces. While just of the kitchen offers a Juliet balcony.
Guest Access:
You'll use our smart lock to enter through the side door (East side of the home), then walk up to the 2nd floor where space opens up into the main living room. Your unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the home.

The neighborhood is a working class neighborhood just east of the capital. It's one of Des Moines oldest areas with lots old homes and even some brick roads!
