Townhouse Paradise is a delightful three bedroom townhouse with pool located in the popular Royal Golf area of Vale do Lobo. It is located a short drive from Vale do Lobo's Praca with it's bars, restaurants and shops. Beside the Praca is the fabulous beach with miles of golden sand. Vale do Lobo's golf reception is a few minutes drive. The town of Almancil and Quinta do Lago shopping are 7 minutes by car. This holiday rental benefits from a private swimming pool (heated against an extra charge), air-conditioning, wireless internet and cable TV.
The property is built over three floors. The entrance to the townhouse is via a flight of steps. The entrance leads to the living room with plenty of comfortable seating, cable TV with a wide range of TV channels and dining set.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer and fridge freezer.
The townhouse has two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedrooom one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe, safe and a private terrace overlooking the pool deck. Bedroom two has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.
On the lower level there is a cloakroom and a third bedroom.
Outside the private swimming pool (6 x 4 metres) is surrounded by decked terraces. There are sun loungers to enjoy the Algarvian sun. The pool can be heated against an extra charge. A gas barbeque, food preparation area and dining set are provided for alfresco dining.
Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
The townhouse is located just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The nearest supermarket is located at the entrance to the Vale do Lobo resort.
