There is a relaxing, covered outdoor patio and lawn chairs next to the pool. The kitchen window acts as a bar to the patio for quick serving.
Living Room: Bright with windows overlooking the pool, sleeper sofa that turns into a double bed with linen storage underneath, 55 inch Roku tv, two comfortable chairs and large coffee table.
DINING ROOM: Formal, stylish dining room table with ceiling fan that also covers the living room and new floors that cover the open floor plan.
KITCHEN: Breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, granite counters, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, 2 compartment sink, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, blender and plenty of utensils/pots/pans for cooking.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on Fridays so please don’t be alarmed if you see someone outside.
LANDSCAPING: Landscaping comes on Mondays (sometimes every other Monday) so please don’t be alarmed if you see someone outside.
GARBAGE: Trash pickup comes on Fridays. We provide a trash bin and recycling bin outside the house next to the garage. If you are staying on Fridays, please put bring the bins to the front of the driveway. If you could bring thrm back after removal, this would be greatly appreciated.
PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties are not allowed at any time, neither is hosting events. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise levels down between the hours of 10pm-7am. No loud music.
PETS: Pets are not allowed.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the property.
POOL: There is no lifeguard on duty and we please ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning or bodily harm/personal injuries. All persons under 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult. Adults are advised not to swim alone. No diving is permitted. No glass is allowed in the pool area and no food in the pool. Plasticware is supplied.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Security camera is located near the front door, and on the back patio for security and safety purposes. These cameras are not intended to watch any guests’ stay and will only be reviewed if an issue arrises. Guest privacy is an important concern and will be respected. No cameras are located inside.
The living room has a smart tv that allows you to log into your favorite apps and also offers cable television. The kitchen has all basic cooking utensils along with a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bedrooms have hangers in each closet and drawer space in the dressers. The bathroom has a full tub/shower. The dining has a large sliding door with patio furniture for beautiful Florida weather. There is plenty of room in the yard and a kid’s playhouse. This home is great for families, friends, business trips and lone stays! Short term and long term rentals are welcomed :)
Guests have full access to the house and yard. Washer and dryer are accessible in the garage through the kitchen. Hair dryer, iron, coffee maker and toiletries are available.

A local guide book is provided in the house with activity/restaurant suggestions and addresses.
This house is located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the main road making travel to all popular destinations easy!
Getting around the Clearwater area is easiest by car, Uber or taxi.

All persons under 18 must be supervised at all times. Adults are advised not to swim alone. Swim at own risk.
