Our gorgeous 4 bedrooms villa is set on the beachside in Las Chapas, Marbella and only 7 minutes walk to Las Cañas Beach.
You will be surrounded by many famous local restaurants and beach clubs which attract guests and residents of Costa del Sol from Marbella. Among those are Simbad Restaurant and Beach Bar, Club 200, Triana and, of course famous Nikki Beach. You will also be very close to a very popular picturesque port of Cabopino with its many restaurants, bars and cafes and sandy beaches.
This area has best beaches of Marbella, these are natural sandy beaches and very. comfortable entrance into the sea. It's a very private and secure area formed mostly by private villas.

Our villa is totally new designed in the modern Scandinavian style with its clear lines and comfortable luxury. Materials and decoration items used are of the highest quality.
There are 4 large size bedrooms in our villa. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, also equipped to highest modern standards and with a standalone bath.
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, cozy and spacious meticulously furnished living room with large LED TV set.
There is a direct exit from the living room into the terrace by the pool. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, so that you are invited to dine and wine al fresco. BBQ is available too. Sun beds by the pool invite you to relax with a glass of wine or champagne

- We do not appreciate crazy parties, this villa is meant mostly for families and friends luxurious vacations, but reasonable pool parties are allowed.
- We arrange airport pick up and local transfers for you. Extra cost applies.
- Check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00, check out is before 12:00. Early check in and late check outs are allowed subject to availability. Late check ins after 20:00 are subject to late check in fee of 100€, after midnight 150€
- Security deposit 2000€ must be paid before or upon arrival
- Extra cleaning, private chef, catering onsite are available by request.
- Swimming pool heating is available at 500€/week
