Villa Rhodes is a brand new beautiful modern private pool villa consists of 5 ensuite bedrooms, each containing a king-sized bed and air conditioning through the villa.
Villa Rhodes is also designed with a stunning quality finish using teak wood in most of the bedrooms and natural marble tile in the rest including the huge terraces.
With 1000 square meters (over 10,000 sq feet) of space, the villa includes an enormous living room with full dining, kitchen bar and huge u-shaped sofa with large bay windows which open on the huge terrace and pool, large private garden with tropical fruit trees and coconut palms, and of course the sea view.
The kitchen is properly equipped for those who love to cook with a huge counter bar, two ovens, a gas and induction stove, and all the accoutrements you would expect from a fully Western-equipped kitchen.
The second floor boasts a stunning sea view which you can enjoy while you work out on the home gym, play ping pong, or simply lounge on the expansive second floor terrace. The terrace features a built-in marble jacuzzi where you can enjoy an evening aperitif watching the sunset as you take a cool dip in the pristine water.
There is a private cinema room, which was professionally sound proofed to ensure optimal sound quality and noise reduction. The home theatre sound system and projector are of professional quality. There are three levels of seating, with places for up to 10 persons. Full internet access at average speeds of over 100 MPS are available throughout the villa and in the cinema room for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
There is also an outdoor bar/bbq area which boasts a BBQ and Pizza Oven, which is perfect for an alfresco dining experiences for a family or group of friends while enjoying the lovely views that Koh Samui has to offer.
This villa is the perfect villa for families. with kids because of the facilities, the jacuzzi, the pool, and the cinema room.
