We have two separate residential units.
A pool suite and this spacious apartment 1 - vintage & atelier
This great apartment (80sqm) with two beautiful large rooms, a spacious bathroom, extra toilet and kitchen, has its own large terrace overlooking the castle. It is suitable for 4 people and 2 sofas can be prepared as a single bed for you. The front room is kept in 'vintage-style' (2 x 90x200cm beds) and the second room is furnished as a studio room in 'industrial-style' (140x200cm box spring pallet bed). Together they form a residential unit with about 80sqm with a separate entrance and a shared pool and park-like garden.
From each apartment, it goes directly into the garden of our property with about 3000qm. The garden is laid out in terraces, with communal swimming pool, barbecue terrace, bamboo areas, summer meadow, stream, pond and discovery trails.
The garden connects directly to the forest (nature reserve) and has an unobstructed view of the city Nideggen with church, castle museum, castle building and many good restaurants. Directly from our property lead many hiking and biking trails through the Eifel (Eifel / High Venn National Park) and the Rursee, without you need a longer journey.
We are also happy to pick you up after an extensive hike, kayak trip or other at an agreed place.
The apartment is located in the Eifel, above the Rur valley with an unobstructed view of the city and Nideggen Castle.
Nideggen is a small historic city, which combines the warm climate of Cologne Bay with the fresh air of the Eifel and immediately awakens holiday feelings. Our direct environment offers a variety of recreational opportunities. z. B. Water sports lakes (Rursee for swimming, sailing, kayaking, with RurseeSchifffahrt), the river Rur with opportunities for canoeing and beautiful bike paths - conveniently along the river or across the Eifel forests, golf courses, historic cities (Nideggen Castle, Heimbach, Old Monschau, Schloss Satzvey, ...) Hiking trails such as the Eifelsteig, climbing rocks right on the doorstep. For young at heart and children there is a high altitude path / climbing forest nearby, the adventure pool in Kreuzau and a gigantic Tropicbad in Euskirchen, a large Tobe and Spieleland Bubenheim (indoor / outdoor with corn maze and giant slides) and much more.
Shops (LIDL, ALDI, REWE, DM, Action), two gyms and many different good restaurants in the old town are within walking distance.
