Summary: positives: location, location, location makes the walkability to cafes, restaurants and shops very easy. There is an off street parking spot reserved and guest parking is available (but not reserved although almost always available). the owner was immediately attentive and helpful for check-in, even late at night...I was impressed.drawbacks: some areas of the place were old and unkept, like under the bathroom sink and the bathroom was outdated and "musty". we could have used more bath towels and products, although I bet the owner would have jumped on the request had we asked him. I thought it would be more luxurious for the price but I keep forgetting how expensive Phoenix can be.
