Welcome to Sandy Feet Cottage—a beautifully renovated two-bedroom, one-bathroom beach cottage located just across the street from the 20th Ave beach access walkway to Indian Rocks Beach, Florida

Unlike Clearwater’s busy tourist scene, IRB offers a quiet, residential beach town experience—ideal for guests seeking both relaxation and coastal charm, while remaining close to lively attractions.
Sandy Feet Cottage was completely remodeled after Hurricane Helene and now serves as a modern, upscale vacation retreat. Every detail of this private duplex home has been thoughtfully updated with brand-new furniture and tasteful coastal décor. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space is bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are spacious and relaxing, and the spa-style bathroom adds a touch of luxury.
Outside, you’ll enjoy a large private backyard with a hammock and bicycles, along with a private patio featuring comfortable seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. The beach, local restaurants, beach bars, and charming shops are just a short stroll away. Beach essentials—chairs, umbrella, and cooler—are provided to make your stay seamless and stress-free.
