Welcome to our stunning newly constructed wooded home nestled in the heart of nature! This new retreat is designed to offer you the perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. As you step inside, you are greeted by the warmth of morning light streaming through our 30 foot wall of windows, illuminating the open-concept living space. Step onto the spacious deck and be greeted by the breathtaking natural woods that surrounds you. Take a dip in the soothing waters of the hot tub.
Enter the property via a picturesque winding gravel driveway that leads to your private hideaway. This wooded cabin set on 5.8 acres of natural forest is a new custom built construction completed in 2023. The home was designed with an open layout and a 30 foot wall of windows to give you the feeling of bringing the surrounding forest into your living space.
Just up the stairs is a cozy open loft space with two skylights allowing in ample natural light. The loft is fitted with a queen sized sleeper sofa, 43" Roku HDTV, boardgames, and a computer desk. Just past the loft you will find the Primary Suite with a king-sized bed, pendant night lights, a walk-in closet with full length mirror, a computer desk with a large monitor (with HDMI cable) for remote working, and an outdoor private balcony. There is also a lounge space within the Primary Suite set with ample seating for viewing entertainment on a 55" Roku HDTV.
AIR-CONDITIONING AND HEATING:
Two Nest Thermostats with central air conditioning and heating.
Ceiling fans located in all rooms help circulate air and provide additional cooling.
INTERNET:
The house is equipped with high speed wi-fi (up to 350 mbs) for remote work or streaming entertainment.
BLUETOOTH SPEAKER:
We provide a bluetooth speaker for your entertainment. Do not remove the speaker from its original spot.

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite, 2nd floor) - 1 King Bed, two nightstands, pendant reading lights, computer desk and chair with large computer monitor + HDMI cable, walk-in closet with hangers, upper shelf, and full length mirror. There is a sliding door out to an outdoor private balcony.
Bedroom 2 (1st floor) - 1 King Bed, two nightstands, reading lights, computer desk and chair, full length mirror, closet with upper shelf and hangers.
Bedroom 3 (1st floor) - 2 Full Beds, two nightstands, reading lights, computer desk and chair, closet with full length mirror, upper shelf and hangers.
Loft - 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (bedding and sheets provided but sleeper sofa needs to be set up by guests. An instruction sheet is provided with a QR code to a youtube tutorial for easy bed set-up)
