If your pet tends to shed, please be mindful and avoid allowing them on the furnishings, as cleaning of certain fabrics can be time-consuming and costly. We also host guests with allergies, so thorough cleaning after pets is a top priority.
☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.
☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.
☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.
☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.
☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.
We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.
Terms of Service:
To abide by all legal requirements and house rules please be advised that all guests may be asked to sign a digital rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You acknowledge a Security Deposit may be needed to secure the booking.
