Imagine a whimsical countryside home with modernity and convenience, located minutes from East Aurora and Orchard Park town centres as well as minutes from Buffalo Bills Stadium and downtown Buffalo This property has ecentricity, ephemphra, antique rugs and chandeliers in the bathrooms. The story is this - we are renovating my grandmother's (she was a maven) house and in the interim trying to work with the unique furniture she collected over the years to present a home away from home, with all the amenities you'd expect and need for a family or friends getaway. A large kitchen with professional appliances, dining room, sun room and living room flow seamlessly into two large bedrooms with multiple beds and sofabed arrangements and well as 2 full bathrooms and one 1/2 bath giving everyone the space they need to dine, lounge and rejuvenate. There is wifi so you can pretend to be working or binge Killing Eve, the living rooms and bedrooms have smart televisions as well. The entire house is a one-floor layout with multiple entrances to make ADA access possible. The property also has on-site laundry and plenty of parking.
For naturalists and hikers we are nestled amidst the wildlife and natural beauty of rural Town of Aurora - you are minutes from the Cazanovia Creek Wildlife Sanctuary, NYS Knox Farm Park and much more.
For golfers - you will also find yourself seconds from Bob o Link and Harvest Hills golf facilities both offering family fun and Courses for serious golfers.
Frolfers, the Frisbee golf course at Chestnut Ridge park is 7 mins away.
We are 25 mins from Kissing Bridge ski resort and about 45 mins from Holiday Valley Ski Resort in Ellicotville, NY.
The location makes it convenient to get everywhere, but its also nice to just stay put and watch nature unfold around you as the home sits on the edge of picturesque woods with deer, turkey, owls, hawks, rabbits, fox and distant coyotes howling (dont worry they are not interested in lurking close).
We live on site and can assist with your questions or help you start a bonfire at the outdoor fire pit or give you directions to a cool place to eat or drink or hike. We encourage you to let loose and enjoy. Turn up the music, dance and stay up all night e.g. the Rebel Victory party at the end of Return of the Jedi and avoid chaos, damage and damage e.g Will Ferrell in Old School.
