THE MONTEROSA APARTMENT
The Monterosa apartment is located upstairs on 1st floor with stunning views around the beautiful neighborhoods from the 60 sqm terrace, in a private secluded setting. The apartment consists of four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room, spread out over a 145 sqm area. The terrace has a gazebo for outdoor dining, completed with sunbeds, socializing area and barber rescue equipment. Inside you will find an open area consisting of the fully equipped kitchen (Scavolini kitchen w dishwasher, electric oven, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine etc) and a nice dining area seating 8 people, turning into the living room area with sofa and armchairs, TV w Netflix / Apple TV etc. There are also 3 double bedrooms (either double or separate beds) with ensuite bathrooms (all w showers) on this level. All three equipped with A / C. The stylish steel staircase takes you up to the second floor, the tower room, where you will find the fourth double bedroom (2 single beds) with ensuite bathroom and an A / C. The apartment is completed with a separate warehouse used for storage and laundry with washing / tumble drying machines. The house is located in a fantastic private setting with stunning views over the surrounding hills and valleys.
