Positive: The place is very clean and comfortable in a lovely and secure complex. The flat is put together and thought out, with extra towels available, an iron, fridges, and a very good kitchen. I think the place is really cared for, which made us feel comfortable as residents. The location itself is convenient if you want a place in London but away from all the noise. It's a lovely street, only a little over a km away from food squares and shopping centres. There's several stations nearby, which made our moving about easy. The management tried hard to be considerate of our check out needs, too, which is greatly appreciated.
Negative: An air conditioner was listed, only for it not to be available. I was promised a fan instead, and it came a day late due to a lack of response from the management, and even then we weren't told it was delivered and it ended up being left outside. I'm also disappointed a bidet was listed when it wasn't available. The management could benefit from clearer communication between each other and with residents; important questions weren't answered and there was a little miscommunication here and there.
