Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a modern wood and tropical-inspired table that comfortably seats six. A dedicated table and chair also offer a convenient workspace for remote work or study.
This area offers direct access to the spacious lanai and screened-in pool.

Your view from the patio is a large, screened in sparkling pool, a beautifully lush landscaped backyard and a serene lake—offering the ultimate setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
Our property also has a washer and dryer located in the laundry room- free of charge, 2 parking spaces in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.

• The garage is not accessible to guests as there's the owners personal belongings.

• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
