Beautiful modern finishes with vaulted ceilings, granite in the open kitchen and granite in the bathrooms. An open balcony overlooks the floor to ceiling modern gas fireplace in the great room. You will appreciate the large upper level Family Room with an oversized flat screen TV, DVD player, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and Game Table. A spacious covered patio provides great relaxing moments whether it be early morning coffee on the porch swing, grilling for dinner, or enjoying warm nights sitting around either the gas fire pit or wood fire pit. Only 10 Minutes from downtown Spearfish yet secluded enough to feel like a retreat. You won't be disappointed in this home! We have extensive rental experience and now only rent this home during rally as it has become our primary residence. We have rented it to multiple rally renters and have nothing but 5 star reviews. Entirely paved, No gravel to drive on and space to park motorcycle trailers.
