Boasting great mountain views on the drive up and dirt road going to the house and blanketed by stars in the evening, this serene retreat is conveniently located a mile and a half away from the beach and near Lake Elmore, with vibrant food and drink scene in Morrisville just a short drive away. Featuring original fixtures and design, including exposed beams, brick, and beautiful wood floors, this gorgeous home has been lovingly updated to accommodate modern needs and comfort.
The main floor features a spacious living room and open kitchen and dining area. A sleek, leather sectional sofa offers group lounging while a wall-mounted smart TV provides entertainment for casual downtime or family movie nights. The full kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counters, and a suite of stainless steel appliances for stress-free home cooking. A custom breakfast bar includes seating for six. Full meals can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for up to six.
The bunk room can be found on the main floor, with access to a full bathroom shared with the rest of the house. The second guest room and primary bedroom can be found upstairs, along with a second bathroom and an open, loft-style reading nook.
Enjoy family and group fun outside with a selection of yard games available. In the evenings, gather around the firepit for S'mores under the stars.
