Welcome to the perfect suburban home for families/friends who want a classic Kansas City Chiefs/Royals vacay! Drive less than 10 min to hear the loudest stadium in the country in real life! 15 min to Worlds of Fun! Less than 15 to downtown KC!
Large groups will be well taken care of here. Plenty of space, garage, huge fenced in yard, play set, hammock & MORE!
Close highway access to get anywhere in the Kansas City Metro Area. Andy's Frozen Custard is just a 5 minute drive too! Can't beat it
Basement is through the garage.
The basement has a “full” bathroom but the shower is non operational so that is why the listing says 2.5 bathrooms. The bathroom downstairs has an operational toilet and sink! Please do not use downstairs shower.
The bathrooms upstairs have 1 shower and 1 shower/tub that ARE functional!
If you’d like more than 11 guests please communicate with the host. This may be accommodated for an additional fee.
I am available 24/7 if you need anything or have any questions.
There is garage parking for 1 car and plenty of drive way space for 3-4 cars. Street parking is also available.
To get around the city you car rent a car through Turo (airbnb for cars!), uber/Lyft or any ride share, or the KC Bus line is near the home.
Stadiums are less than a 10 min drive away and downtown KC is less than a 15 min drive away and worlds of fun is a 15 min drive away.

Summary: Generally nice - newly renovated in a mostly quiet neighborhood. Only complaint is that there's a train crossing about a quarter mile away that trains blast horns to cross at random hours of the day and night. If you're used to train noises like me, not much of a problem. Otherwise, recent modern reno makes for pleasant stay.
