This modern & rustic retreat is just seconds from Famous Freddie’s, Moretti’s and some of the best boating and fishing around. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home. Large backyard with fire pit, gas grill and outdoor seating. Modern & rustic 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home.
Living spaces:
There are two plush living spaces, both with 85” electric heated fireplaces and 75” Sony 4k TV’s. Stream your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. movies and shows any time you wish. In the back room is a shelf with board games, cards, books and some fun activities.
Kitchen:
The fully stocked kitchen is complete with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, white dishes and JA Henckels flatware. The Keurig coffee maker is available to brew hot or iced coffee & tea. Plenty of serve ware to prepare meals for your group of up to six. A limited supply of Keurig K-Cups are for guest use. Basic pantry items are available, such as; salt & pepper, olive oil, red & white wine vinegar. Cleaning supplies, garbage bags & paper towels are available as well as a fire extinguisher.
Dining Area: Comfortable seating for six adults.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom one has a queen size pillow top mattress. Bedroom two has a queen size cooling gel foam mattress and Bedroom three has a full size pillow top mattress.
This is a family destination, not a party house. Birthday/anniversary and other celebrations welcome as long as house maximum of 6 individuals is not exceeded. Gatherings of more than house maximum require prior approval. If the maximum number of guests is exceeded without prior approval, all guests will be asked to leave. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. After 9:00 pm is quiet time. Remember this is a family neighborhood. At no time can any type of watercraft be tied to any dock in the area. Only registered homeowners are allowed on or use of the docks. No parties of any kind. No loud music. Sound restrictions after 9:00pm. Respect for the neighbors is of the utmost importance.
Smoking is allowed outside only. Please use available waste cans and clean up after yourself. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the home. Maximum of four cars can park in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Garbage cans are located on the side of the house next to the garage. If something gets broken or damaged in anyway, please report immediately. For cases when the cost of the damage exceeds the security deposit, those costs will be billed to guests and reported to Airbnb. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in deductions from the security deposit (or other penalties).
