In the 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath wonderfully divided home, you will discover Upstairs: a massive Master Bedroom + en suite bathroom (soaking tub and shower) + huge walk-in closet. 3 well-sized bedrooms that share a recently renovated, stylish, full bathroom. A convenient, upstairs laundry room (washer/dryer included) and a wide stair-landing.
Downstairs is pure modern-living featuring: a large kitchen + breakfast nook area (updated appliances), as well as a huge, super comfy couch + family room that overlooks the backyard, a half bath, and a separate living room connected to the dining room!
The house has an amazing security system that is controlled from a touch-screen panel near the entrance. Finally, the large connected garage offers parking and space for storage and/or exercise equipment!
