Luxury two bedroom apartment with wonderful frontline golf and pool views, opposite the 5* La Torre Golf & Spa Resort hotel and a few minutes walk to the Town Centre. The Resort is just 15 minutes from the sea in Murcia, Costa Calida, Spain.
The apartment boasts a contemporary feel, and has been newly furnished throughout. There are two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, the main bedroom can be set up as a king size bed and each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. There is an extra single bed in one of the bedrooms that can be pulled out for use. Both bedrooms have air condition, as does the lounge and the terrace has two powerful ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer.
The master bedroom has French doors opening out on to the private glazed terrace with stunning views of the 2nd Green, Town Centre, the Hotel and the communal swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The glazed corner terrace is beautifully furnished with large faux leather loungers, a comfortable and substantial seating space and a dining area, perfect for dining alfresco. The glazed terrace can be opened or closed and benefits from the sun from mid-morning until Sunset. The lounge has French doors that also lead onto the Terrace. The lounge has a 42" smart LED TV with over 300 channels, 100 of which are English and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is a washing machine in the utility room with drying rack, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided including pool towels.
The apartment is located close to the resort's town Centre and Hotel with the bars and restaurants just a few minutes stroll away. The Supermarket, Golf Clubhouse, Golf shop, putting green and driving range are also close by. The Resort also has Tennis facilities. The resort supermarket is well stocked and reasonably priced.
Please note there is a 65 euro charge on top of the apartment price which covers the final cleaning of the apartment when you leave, this is paid direct to the key holder on arrival. If an extra guest is requested (5 guests in total) the final cleaning fee is 75 euros. The cleaning fee is mandatory regardless of the duration of the stay.
La Torre Golf Resort Information
The resort is set in an elegant lakeside retreat, beautiful landscaping surrounds an 18 hole, par 68 golf course designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus. The resort itself has 22 pools, children’s play areas, summer crèche, tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, driving range, restaurants and bars including The Clover bar, Pino's, Bamboo bar for great cocktails and an ice cream parlour, a large supermarket, At the very centre of the resort is the Town Centre on the shores of a large lake. On summer nights the bar and restaurant terraces come alive and the fantastic atmosphere is enjoyed by all, everything you need for a great holiday.
And that’s not all; the surrounding area boasts over 2600 years of culture and history and provides limitless possibilities for cultural activities and visits. Both the Roman theatre of Cartagena and the city of Murcia are only 20 minutes from the complex, with the latter being famous for its narrow streets and typical Spanish shops. Visit Murcia’s cathedral built in the 15th century, and try the local cuisine in one of the typical Murcian squares.
The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday for families, couples, golfers or if you just need a great base to explore the region. A car is recommended.

An authentic Sports Pub that is ideal for tasting the great variety of excellent beers while watching a football match. There is live music and plasma screens broadcasting sports and leisure.

The towns of Roldan and Balsicas are close to La Torre Golf Resort and offer an alternative to eating onsite. There are a variety of places to eat, drink and dance. A couple of the restaurants also offer transport to their restaurants during the evening and provide takeaways delivered to the apartment!
