Cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a gas range, a wine fridge, microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up.
Serve up your meals at the island with seating for three, gather everyone into the elegant dining area for dinner with a table set for 6, or head outside and enjoy a bite or beverage on either of the two private decks!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 3RD FLOOR
All three bedrooms within the spacious home can be found on the third floor. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage for you to unpack and make yourself at home.
The master bedroom offers a luxuriously large king bed with an attached full ensuite bathroom. There is also another large SmartTV and a walk-in closet to unpack and stay awhile. The master bath features modern amenities throughout, and you love the giant walk-in shower, as well as his and hers vanity.
Heading down the hall from the master suite, the first door on your left is your second full bathroom, equipped with plenty of fresh towels and necessities.
Next down the hall is the second bedroom, which boasts a luxurious queen bed, a SmartTV, plenty of light, and stylish and comfortable finishes throughout.
And at the end of the hall, you will find the third bedroom with a queen adorned with comfy bedding, plus great views and a large closet and floor mirror.
LAUNDRY
Also on the 3rd level, you'll find the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, which comes complete with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.
OUTDOOR AND GARAGE
Step out on either of the private second floor decks to soak in the beautiful day, or take relax on the patio set with a good book and a drink of choice. The private garage with parking for 2 vehicles is completely enclosed and accessed from the first floor is ready for your use, so be assured that finding the perfect spot has already been arranged!

If you plan on staying closer to home, take a stroll through the beautiful Lafayette Park neighborhood featuring the oldest park west of the Mississippi, beautifully-maintained historic architecture, and lots of cool restaurants, bars, and shops.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!
