The house was lavishly, completely renovated and furnished with new, modern furniture. The spacious living area is dominated by the breathtaking view of the sea, the Montgo and Denia with its castle and the harbor. The sofa corner adjacent to the living room has a large flat screen with satellite reception and DVD and also, thanks to the window front, an absolutely brilliant view. The completely new kitchen is equipped with: dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hot plates, fridge, freezer, Nespresso Latte Macciato machine, blender, kettle, etc.
The 5 top modern electric combi devices always ensure the right climate. In both winter and summer, the desired temperature and humidity are always achieved throughout the house. In addition, the house has a pellet stove that heats wonderfully in the winter months. We provide the pellets free of charge! The very well insulated floors and the well compressed windows let the heat resp. Coolness in the house. The house has a guest toilet with shower and a large bathroom with shower. There is a third shower in the fitness / laundry room on the lower floor. All three bedrooms have a flat screen, air conditioning, mirror cabinet and chest of drawers. Their windows have shutters and mosquito nets. Two of the three rooms are equipped with double beds of 180x200 or 160x200. The office room has a pull-out bed so that the room can be used optimally.
