Villa Ivy is a recently built, contemporary villa located in Quinta das Salinas which is located close to Quinta do Lago and within walking distance of Ancao beach. This modern villa was completed in April 2016 with a beautiful garden and stunning sea views onto the Salinas / Ria and the ocean from the roof terrace.The villa features electric security shutters, under-floor heating, air-conditioning, WiFi, cable TV and outside gas barbeque. The resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a short drive away. The accommodation includes open plan living and dining area with open kitchen (Bosch appliances and American style fridge / freezer). Large patio sliding doors lead to the pool terrace and garden. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the laundry room. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. The master suite is on the first floor of the villa with king-size bed, en -suite bathroom with double shower and access to a private balcony and roof top. Outside the large private swimming measures 4m x 8m approximately. The pool can be heated against an extra charge. There is a dining set and barbeque for alfreso dining. The pool leads to the mature garden. Rates include bedroom linen, bathroom towels and maid service twice a week.
In July and August, minimum stay is two weeks.
Villa Ivy is located 20 minutes from Faro airport. All the best restaurants and golf courses the Algarve has to offer are a short drive away. Quinta do Lago with it's boutiques, bars and restaurants is a few minutes by car.
