Positive: The location was excellent and I was very impressed with how spacious the room was. Customer service was also outstanding, special shoutout to Ann, who helped clear up a mix-up with my invoice. She was incredibly kind, reassuring, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly, which it was. I truly appreciated her help and would happily stay here again.
Negative: It was a bit noisy at night since they had events. But nothing that interfered with our stay. However if you’re the types that wants absolute silence you might have an issue staying here.
