This is a spacious luxury mountain executive retreat (~7000 sq ft) in a quiet guard gated community, perched on the mountain overlooking Eagle Mountain Golf Club with heated negative edge pool and spa. House is recently updated and newly furnished. Amenities galore - game room, bar areas, fire tables, theater, gourmet kitchen, and much more! The house has 5 bedrooms and a study (with bed), including 2 master suites, a 3rd master bedroom with massage table, and two additional bedrooms (all with attached baths). All three masters have views of the canyon/sunsets/city lights. The house is full of amazing views of the golf course, mountains, canyon and 70+ miles of scenery. Beautiful sunsets every evening and city lights in the distance after dusk. You can't beat these views and will not be disappointed! POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR ADDITIONAL FEE: $100/ NT MIN 3 NIGHTS; $500/WEEK; $1700/MONTH.
