Moore's Mountain Inn sits along the Yellow Breeches Creek, near Ski Roundtop and Messiah College. We are just a few miles from Camp Hill, 10 miles from Harrisburg, and 25 miles from Hershey or Gettysburg. Our close proximity to to I-81 and the intersections of routes 15, I-83 and I-76 make area businesses and attractions easily accessible.
The Owners, Jared and Karen Moore, live onsite with their Golden Retriever, Mackie, but their quarters (including the kitchen) are separate from the guest quarters. There is NO full kitchen available to guests, and NO cooking. We can recommend plenty of local restaurants for eat-in, take-out or delivery - we provide plates, flatware, glassware, etc.
Common areas that are shared by guests and the Moore's include a screened front porch, dining room, bar, media room, patio with hot tub, and the firepit. The owners are also avid gardeners and the landscaping reflects this.
A self-serve “lite fare” breakfast (breads, butter, cereals, yogurts, milk, juice, and more) is included with your stay, and there is a Keurig, a hot water pot, and an assortment of teas and coffee as well. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food, especially if they have special dietary needs. Other amenities include:
