Welcome to the "Morning Glory" townhome located in beautiful Gilbert, Arizona. This lovely townhome has three levels with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and an attached single care garage. As you enter the home you will walk up the first flight of stairs and be greeted by a living room tastefully decorated with a white leather sectional sofa, matching ottoman, a complimenting arm chair and a media stand with a large flat screen TV, Blue Ray player and Direct TV satellite box. As you pass through this second floor you will find the dining room which is furnished with a rectangular glass top table and four matching chairs. There is also a counter bar with seating for two in the kitchen. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliance, granite counter tops and beautiful maple wood cabinetry loaded with all the items needed for cooking and entertaining your guests. Beside the kitchen there is a workstation desk where you can set up your lap top just in case you need to tend to a little business during your stay. A powder room with a pedestal sink and commode are located at the base of the stairs on the second floor. Walk up the stairs to the third floor and you will find two guest bedrooms to the right and the Master bedroom to your left.The Master Bedroom has a beautiful Queen sized bed with an ornately hand carved dark wood headboard, neutral blue beige and brown bedding, a large dark wood dresser and a flat screen TV. The room comes complete with a lighted nightstand, and a large mirrored door closet to hang your clothing. The en suite bathroom has a single mirrored sink vanity with a walk in tub / shower combo and commode. The second bedroom is furnished with a Full size bed with a slatted birch wood headboard, a lighted nightstand and a large matching dresser. There are windows on each side that illuminate the room with lots of bright natural light in the daytime and a sliding mirrored door closet to store your belongings. The third bedroom has a dark alder wood bunk bed with a twin over full which is covered in a pastel yellow bedding set with complimenting floral throw pillows. This room has a window that looks out over the courtyard, a matching alder wood dresser and a mirrored sliding door closet to hang your clothing. The hall bathroom has a walk in tub / shower combo with a pastel blue shower curtain, a single mirrored sink vanity and a commode. This is a wonderful townhome that provides all the comforts of home. You will be happy to know that the home has a full size washer and dryer on the first floor, ceiling fans throughout and Direct TV. You will not be disappointed with your stay in the "Morning Glory" townhome.
