Positive: Spacious property located near the beach ( but not over looking). Sky TV which kept most entertained on poorer weather days. Easy to find Comfortable accommodation equipped with most things suitable for a family Lovely big utility and use of beach 'toys' to use. Great for crabbing on the rocks Price range for an out of season stay for 5 2 bathrooms ( one modern shower room downstairs and a bathroom upstairs) 4 very generous sized bedrooms Really snug, warm and inviting property. WiFi We had a super week - like stepping back to quieter times.
Negative: The property is a lovely victorian beach villa but does need modernising to bring in line with other let's of that size in the village. Garden isn't family friendly unless better maintained - we didn't mind as we wanted the beach You can't park outside so be prepared to drop off outside and park down by the beach or in the upper carpark
