• Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS/ANIMALS ALLOWED! The homeowner and some of our guests have severe allergies. If an animal is brought, you will be asked to leave, and NO refund will be given.
• Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Locations: Front and rear of home.
• Please note that there is absolutely no smoking inside (home owner has severe smoke allergies) and outside the house (due to high fire danger). Any sort of smoking will result in a $1000 fee to hire a team to remove the smoke from furniture and walls.
• Elevation of this home is 8050 feet.
• No AC (no one has it up here; mountain nights are chilly).
• No parties, drugs, events, loud music/noise, undisclosed guests. Home is monitored by NoiseAware. Please respect the neighbors and quiet hours. (10pm-8am).
• We are truly in the wilderness. Large and small wild life live here too , including and not limited to bears, mountain lions, elk, moose, deer, fox, squirrels , mice and insects , etc ... Keep all doors closed to prevent any animals from entering the home . Please do not leave trash or food outside, on the deck, or in your car. Please clean the grill and grill tools after every use . Don't leave children unattended outside.
• We treat the exterior and interior of the home to keep out pests, including insects and mice. However, this is nature, and it can not be fully controlled.
• Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 plus shipping charges for any items that need to be shipped back to you.
