- CHECK IN after 4 pm, unless earlier time is prearranged
- CHECK OUT at 10 am unless later time is prearranged; property assistant will arrive at that time
- PARKING: We have parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles right in front of the lodge. Driveway runs parallel to Lone Pine Canyon Rd
- KEY INFO: Enter the last four digits of the phone number on file into the front door key pad.
- NON-SMOKING $200 FINE FOR EVIDENCE OF SMOKING

- TRASH/RECYCLING: MUST separate trash from recycling; cabin has separate containers inside and out. CRR is fining us if there is trash in the recycling container and we will pass it on to you. Trash and recycling roll outs are in front of lodge. Trash pick up is Monday morning.
- COFFEE: Traditional coffee maker, we provide filters and coffee
- BATHROOMS: Only flush #1, #2 and toilet paper…we are on a septic system. Plumbers’ fees will be incurred if you plug up the toilet with anything else. BE CONSERVATIVE WITH TOILET PAPER...TOO MUCH WILL PLUG THE TOILET
- WATER: Reverse Osmosis drinking water (no need to bring bottled water!)
- TEMPERATURE Heater’s thermostat in hallway. Turn down to 50 when leaving cabin for more than an hour
Do NOT run air conditioning when you are not in the lodge. It cools lodge very quickly
- Wood burning fireplace. To open the flue reach in and up to grab the handle and pull. We suggest you bring a Duraflame log. COLD ASH/COALS GOES IN TIN CAN on deck
- BBQ: If gas grill runs out of propane, let us know ASAP
- CHECK-OUT sheet must be filled out before leaving; it is for your benefit, too!
