The space
Step out to our private balcony and you'll be greeted by a stunning view of The Three Sisters, one of Canmore's most famous and beautiful mountain ranges!
Our stylish brand new renovated loft home looks out at the spectacular Canadian Rocky Mountains. The condo features two bedrooms, the main with a King sized bed, and the loft feature custom built-in bunk bed sets, one Queen over Queen w/ stair access and the other is a Twin XL over Twin XL bunk w/ ladder access. Enjoy our private balcony stunning mountain views & Gas BBQ! There is a fully stocked kitchen where you can cook a delicious meal , 2 bathrooms w/ in-floor heating, and in-suite laundry!
Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 King size bed in the main bedroom, custom built Queen size bunk bed & twin XL bunk beds in the loft space and a queen fold out couch in the living room. All beds complete with fresh clean sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, spices, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests.
Requests made after check-in are subject to a $75 delivery fee.

1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
