Positive: Great location in center of Stratton resort village. Spotlessly clean. Spacious and comfortable. Remarkably well preserved late 70s time capsule, from the multi tone brown appliances to the beige pile carpeting and popcorn ceilings. At 350/night after fees, good value among overpriced Stratton properties, for those not needing everything shiny and new. Equipped by mgmt with fresh soaps, new dish sponge, ample linens, two parking spots.
Negative: Though pretty well kept for its age, deferred maintenance is showing: some small drywall repairs have been made but not painted; broken window taped over with plastic; wrong drip bowls under the electric range burner elements, placing cookware at a tilt; many small dings and scars of time are awaiting repair; sagging shower rod; tired carpeting. Kitchen is missing a few things, like strainer/colander, and a good cutting board (the only board is cracked/splitting, unsanitary). Parking is not immediately adjacent, requiring a drive/walk to the other side of the village to access (though guests are allowed to drive to door for load/unload). Only one of the promised two parking passes was left in the unit for us; we left a hand written note on the dash per mgmt, who failed to deliver the second pass.
