Mountain contemporary home with open-concept floor plan with natural light that is bright, and inviting. You’ll love the easy main floor living layout that includes the primary bedroom suite. The vaulted portion of the main level features a towering wall of windows that captures views of the golf course, stream, and mountains. The kitchen boasts a large island, double ovens, a 6-burner gas range, with custom cabinetry, rough edge granite tops and a large pantry. Three gas fireplaces, radiant heat in basement along with furnace on main floor and another upstairs. Dinning room table that seats 8. The primary suite is a sanctuary with a fireplace, walk out deck and spacious ensuite bath with jetted tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and double vanity. Upstairs features a loft office plus two additional bedrooms, a playhouse, and a Juliette balcony. Lower level walks out to the included hot tub and features 2 bedrooms plus a wet bar, family room, with 65” tv. Two additional rooms used for gym, and a bunk room that sleeps 4. The new flat driveway gets plenty of sun in winter months for easy snowmelt. Large 3 car garage with parking for up to 9 vehicles. Snowshoes and sleds are provided. There is a free shuttle service available that will take you to shopping, restaurants, and bus stations for resorts.
